Turnaround  Policy

Turnaround - The Basics

At CTRL+P, we understand the importance of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality products on time. This Turnaround Policy outlines the timelines and processes for producing your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

Definition of Turnaround Time

Turnaround Time begins once the following conditions are met:

  • Full payment is received.

  • All print-ready files are submitted and meet our requirements.

  • Proofs (if applicable) are approved in writing by the customer.

  • Turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping/delivery time.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary based on the product and service:

  • Digital printing: up to 7 Businesas days

  • Offset Printing:  up to 7 business days


For orders with multiple products, the turnaround time will be based on the product with the longest production time.

Proof Approval

If a proof is required, production will not begin until written approval is received.

Delays in proof approval may extend the turnaround time.

Rush Services

Rush services are available for certain products and are subject to additional fees.

Rush orders are dependent on material availability and production capacity.

Rush orders must be confirmed in writing and cannot be canceled once production begins.

Delays

Turnaround times may be extended due to:

  • Late proof approvals or payments.

  • Files requiring corrections or additional adjustments.

  • High-demand periods or supply chain issues.

CTRL+P is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers.

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters.

  • Equipment malfunctions beyond our control.

Cancellations and Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

Changes requested before production may result in additional fees and adjustments to the turnaround time.

Refunds for Missed Turnaround Times

Refunds or credits for delays in production will only be issued if:

  • The delay was caused solely by CTRL+P

  • The delay significantly impacts the agreed-upon delivery date.

Delays caused by customer actions, file issues, or external factors are not eligible for refunds.
